Here Tomorrow operates the website located at academy.heretomorrow.org. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through academy.heretomorrow.org or our web and mobile applications. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Here Tomorrow’s services. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and take full responsibility for your participation. This includes supervising all interactions, ensuring compliance with these Terms, and assuming liability for any purchases or submissions made under the minor’s account.

We reserve the right to request proof of age or parental consent at any time. If we determine that a minor is using our services without proper supervision, we may suspend or terminate their account.

Account Registration

To access most features of Here Tomorrow, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Sharing or transferring accounts is strictly prohibited. Here Tomorrow reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account found to be in violation of our Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posing a security risk. We may also refuse registration at our sole discretion if we determine that the account is being used for unintended or malicious purposes.

User Responsibilities

By using Here Tomorrow’s services, you agree to engage professionally and respectfully in all programs, discussions, and learning environments. You are expected to participate actively, follow all applicable laws, and use our services only for their intended purpose.

Misuse of our platform, including disruptive behavior, sharing misleading or offensive content, or attempting to circumvent system security, will result in disciplinary action, which may include account suspension or permanent removal from Here Tomorrow. Additionally, any form of harassment, impersonation, fraud, or disruption of courses, forums, or digital resources is strictly prohibited. If you violate these terms, Here Tomorrow reserves the right to restrict access to its services and take further legal action if necessary.

Dispute Resolution

Here Tomorrow aims to resolve disputes efficiently and fairly. If you have a concern or complaint, we encourage you to contact training@heretomorrow.org so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

In the event that a resolution cannot be reached informally, both parties agree to enter into mediation with a neutral third party before pursuing arbitration or legal action. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Delaware, under Delaware law, with each party responsible for its own legal fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator. However, disputes related to intellectual property infringement or unauthorized use of Here Tomorrow materials may proceed directly to court without mediation or arbitration. By using our services, you agree to these dispute resolution terms and waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit against Here Tomorrow.

Orders

All orders placed through Here Tomorrow are subject to acceptance and availability. Adding a product or service to your cart does not guarantee its reservation, as availability may change before checkout is completed.

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. However, this email does not signify acceptance of your order. Here Tomorrow reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or technical errors in pricing or availability. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Payment

Here Tomorrow accepts major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods specified at checkout. Payments must be completed in full before access is granted to any training program, digital product, or service. All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers, and Here Tomorrow does not store or manage credit card details. If a payment fails, your access to services may be suspended until the issue is resolved. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid and up to date.

Sale Items

All discounted or promotional items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or future price adjustments.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered courses, services, or digital products will be charged at the time of purchase. Access will be granted on the scheduled release date, which will be communicated in advance. If unforeseen delays occur, Here Tomorrow will provide an updated timeline, but refunds will not be issued due to delays unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Pricing Policy

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Here Tomorrow reserves the right to modify pricing based on demand, program updates, or operational costs. Any applicable taxes, processing fees, or additional charges will be calculated at checkout.

Cancellation

Live training program cancellations must be requested at least seven (7) days before the scheduled start date to be eligible for a refund, minus a $50 processing fee. This fee only applies to paid registrations. No cancellations or refunds will be granted once a training program has started. Subscription services and digital products are non-refundable unless a verified technical issue prevents access. If a user experiences extenuating circumstances, Here Tomorrow may evaluate cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

Refunds are granted only under specific conditions. Eligible cancellations within the stated timeframe will be refunded, minus any applicable processing fees. Digital products, online courses, and subscription services are non-refundable once accessed. In cases where technical failures prevent access to purchased content, users must contact Here Tomorrow within five (5) business days of purchase to request assistance or a resolution.

Discount Codes

Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively applied to past purchases. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or exchanged for cash. Here Tomorrow reserves the right to modify, revoke, or limit promotional codes at any time without prior notice. Abuse or misuse of discount codes may result in order cancellation.

Purchases, Payments, and Subscription Services

Here Tomorrow accepts major credit and debit cards, ACH transfers, and digital payment methods for all services. Some services, such as training programs and consulting, may require full payment upfront, while others, such as subscription-based access to our learning platform, operate on a recurring billing model. If you enroll in a subscription service, you authorize Here Tomorrow to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of access to our services. Users have seven (7) days to update their payment information before their account is permanently deactivated. Late fees or reinstatement fees may apply. All payment transactions are securely processed through third-party providers, and Here Tomorrow does not store full credit card details on its servers. Termination & Account Suspension

Here Tomorrow reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its sole discretion if a user violates these Terms of Service, engages in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of our services. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

If an account is suspended, the user will receive a written notice via email explaining the reason for suspension. Failure to resolve the issue or repeated violations may result in permanent termination of access to Here Tomorrow services.

Here Tomorrow is not liable for refunds or reimbursement of unused services if termination results from a violation of these Terms. Users with active subscriptions will be responsible for any outstanding fees, unless otherwise specified in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Limited License & Acceptable Use

By using Here Tomorrow’s website, training platform, and digital services, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal and professional development. You may not:

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercialization of our materials, whether for personal or business use, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Warranties & Disclaimers

Here Tomorrow provides training, consulting, and digital resources on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from participation in our training programs, use of our technology solutions, or application of the strategies taught. Success depends on individual effort, market conditions, and external factors beyond our control.

While we strive for accuracy in all materials, Here Tomorrow does not warrant that course content, website resources, or communications will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely up to date. Users are encouraged to verify information independently before making business, career, legal, financial, or health-related decisions based on our materials. Here Tomorrow does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice, and users should consult appropriate professionals before taking action in these areas. Here Tomorrow is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental consequences arising from reliance on its training or consulting services.
